The BYD PMW20 forklift has been a solid addition to our warehouse operations. After using it for a few months, I can confidently say it handles tasks smoothly, especially when navigating tight spaces. It's been great during peak hours when we need to move pallets quickly. There was one day when I unexpectedly had to maneuver around some stacked goods while distracted by a colleague’s chatter, and this forklift made it surprisingly easy. The battery life is impressive, too—definitely saves us from constantly charging in the middle of busy shifts. Overall, it’s reliable and gets the job done without any fuss.
